ADAR
The insurance must be taken out within a maximum of 10 days of signing the rental contract or paying the deposit; and at least 96 hours before the start of the rental period.
The total amount of the rent must not exceed €15,000.
One insurance policy per property rented.
Maximum stay: 90 days.
ADAR Luxury
Once your rental contract has been signed or a deposit has been paid, you have 10 days to take out ADAR Luxe insurance. After this period, it is still possible to subscribe but you will only benefit from all the guarantees after a waiting period of 7 days during which no guarantee can take effect. (Except for the occupant's civil liability cover which takes effect the day after noon of the payment of the premium),

The total amount of the rent must not exceed €50,000.
Maximum duration of cover: 90 days
Be in good health at the time of subscription and not have been hospitalised in the 6 months prior to departure.
