The insurance must be taken out within a maximum of 10 days of signing the rental contract or paying the deposit; and at least 96 hours before the start of the rental period.

Once your rental contract has been signed or a deposit has been paid, you have 10 days to take out ADAR Luxe insurance. After this period, it is still possible to subscribe but you will only benefit from all the guarantees after a waiting period of 7 days during which no guarantee can take effect. The total amount of the rent must not exceed €50,000.
